INFOKU, BLORA – From the data obtained, project fines that are not completed on time have not been included in the regional treasury alias nil.
BPKAD has not yet received a report on work that has been fined. Such as slaughterhouses and poultry (RPHU) payment of fines will be paid before disbursement of work.

Rasmiyana explained, there had been coordination regarding the fines paid by partners. Payment starts from the end of the completed project agreement, namely last December 1.
The amount of the fine according to the regulations is one per mil or one to one thousand of the contract value.

"We have coordinated RPHU fines with partners," he explained.
Several projects that experienced delays in the completion of work included the Slaughterhouse (RPH) project for Ruminants and Poultry under the supervision of DP4 Blora, and the development of the Jipang area in Cepu under the supervision of the Blora Dinporabudpar.
Unpaid Fines
Slamet Pamuji, Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) of Blora Regency, said that no fines have yet entered the regional treasury.
The fine as a consequence of the delay in the work should go directly to the regional treasury according to the existing mechanism.
"That's right (goes straight into the regional treasury, ed). None of the fines have entered the regional treasury," he said.
His party also admitted that they had not received data on which work packages should be fined.
Because those who know for sure are each regional apparatus organization (OPD).
"The mechanism will be calculated by OPD via PPKom, BPPKAD and then given a report or a copy," he said.
Then the partners immediately deposit it into the regional treasury, Bank Jateng. Payment of fines must have been paid at the time of submission of disbursement at the last term.
The calculation of the fine is between PPKom as the employer and the service provider.
If the requirements are complete, PPKom issues a payment order to BPPKAD as the regional general treasurer.
