INFOKU, BLORA -As many as 26 state civil servants (ASN) in Blora Regency have filed for divorce throughout 2026.
Of this number, the majority of applications were from ASN teachers, especially government employees with work agreements (PPPK).
Era Aromatica Kusumadewi, Sub-Coordinator of Employee Development and Legislation at the Blora BKPSDM, said that as of this month, there had been 26 divorce permit applications.

Meanwhile, in the previous year, the number of ASN divorces reached 35 cases.
"Usually the increase occurs in December," he told the press.
According to Era, the divorce application process for ASN must go through a number of stages.
For example, for a teacher, household problems are first mediated at school, then by the Education Office.
If a solution has not been found, the process continues through the Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency (BP4).

"Next, the application is forwarded to the BKPSDM to be processed according to the provisions until it reaches the divorce permit hearing stage," he explained.
Era revealed that the majority of divorce applications were made by female civil servants.
The reasons given varied, ranging from domestic violence (KDRT), partners involved in online gambling (judol), to not providing maintenance.
"Currently, the education sector is one of the largest contributors to divorce filings. Most of them come from PPPK teachers."
Furthermore, Era said, his party also continues to provide guidance to prevent ASN household problems from ending in divorce.
Coaching is carried out from the PPPK orientation and routinely through regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
"If there are domestic problems, we'll find solutions. If we're stuck, we'll proceed according to procedure," he said.

Era hopes that every ASN household problem can be resolved well, especially by considering the interests of children if the couple already has a baby.
"Hopefully, it'll be a good start and a good ending. If you have children, that should be a consideration," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
