Return flow will be crowded, Jakarta-Cepu ticket prices have gone up


INFOKU, BLORA  Based  on field observations, bus ticket sales at the Cepu type A terminal have increased during Christmas and New Year (Nataru).

Ticket prices have increased to IDR 20,000 per ticket. Most passengers on Jakarta-Cepu tickets. Ticket agents predict an increase until the beginning of the year.

Sulastri, a ticket selling agent at Cepu Terminal, said that bus ticket sales for Nataru had increased since last week.

“Everyone simultaneously raised the price by IDR 20,000. Only PO Garuda did not raise the price," he said yesterday (26/12).

According to him, the average number of tickets sold to Jakarta-Cepu was sold. Usually passengers book a few days before departure, there is also a day of departure.

The agent where he worked, during this year's Nataru, was on average selling around 30 tickets a day.

"Thank God, ticket sales for Nataru have increased compared to normal days," he explained.

He predicts, sales will increase until early January. At the end of the year the overseas residents go home, maybe because there is a work holiday. In early January, it was the turn of the flow to return to Jakarta.
