The Deputy Regent Visits the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) to Ensure Disaster Management Funds in Blora are Completed by 2027

INFOKU, BLORA –The Blora Regency Government continues to seek support from the Central Government. 

Most recently, the Deputy Regent who is also the Acting Regent of Blora, Hj. Sri Setyorini, made a working visit and coordinated directly with the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) headquarters in Jakarta on Tuesday (29/9/2026).

During the visit, Sri Setyorini was accompanied by the Deputy Chairperson of the DPRD, the Secretary of the Blora Regency BPBD and was received directly by the Director of Housing Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of BNPB, Brigadier General TNI Mochamad Arief Hidayat, S.Sos., MM, in his office.

The Deputy Regent stated that his visit with his entourage was aimed at strengthening ties and carrying out strategic coordination regarding disaster management and submitting a disaster management budget proposal for Blora Regency.

"Today, we visited the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and were received directly by the Director of Housing Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. We coordinated regarding the 2025 natural disaster budget," said Budhe Rini.

From the results of the meeting, the Blora Regency Government received a breath of fresh air regarding the clarity of the proposed disaster relief funds from the central government. 

"God willing, from this visit, we received news that the natural disaster relief funds we requested at that time will be completed in early 2027," he added.

In addition to aligning the budget, this coordination also focuses on proposals for repairing public facilities and infrastructure damaged by natural disasters in the Blora region so that they can be funded through the State Budget (APBN). 

"We also coordinated with the Director regarding infrastructure damage caused by natural disasters. We hope that these repairs can be assisted by the central government budget," he said.

He also hopes that the harmonious synergy between regional and central governments can continue to be maintained sustainably.

Meanwhile, the Director of Housing Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of BNPB, Brigadier General TNI Mochamad Arief Hidayat, welcomed the arrival of the Blora Regency Government officials. 

According to him, this proactive step is concrete evidence of the establishment of efficient communication between the regions and the center. 

"Thank you for the visit from the Blora Regency Government. This visit will certainly help us understand each other's conditions," said Brigadier General Mochamad Arief Hidayat.

He emphasized that face-to-face coordination like this is crucial to ensure that all data submitted from the regions is properly verified at the central level. (Setyorini/kom)
