INFOKU, BLORA –Central Java Province's financial assistance (bankeu) for villages in Blora Regency is being disbursed in stages.
A total of 229 allocated bank points were recorded, spread across 107 villages as recipients.
Head of the Village Financial Management, Development, and Arrangement Division of the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD) of Blora Regency, Amin Zainudin, told the press that the disbursement of bank assistance was carried out according to the readiness of each village and was determined when it had passed the verification of the Central Java Province Dispermades.

"Because the technical and administrative requirements are ready. We're just facilitating the disbursement process," he said in Blora.
He explained that the first phase of disbursement covered 45 points in 16 villages with a value of IDR 7.9 billion.
Then the second stage was 83 points in 43 villages with a value of IDR 13.4 billion.
Meanwhile, 82 points for 47 villages with a value of IDR 14.2 billion are currently still in the verification process by the Central Java Province Dispermades.
In addition, there are 19 points in 17 villages worth IDR 3.6 billion that have not been submitted for disbursement, even though the files have been verified by the DPMD.
"The money goes directly into the RKD (village cash account). The value per point varies, with a maximum of IDR 200 million," he explained.
The funds were used for a number of physical projects, including embankment construction, drainage, paving, and rigid concrete.
The work was carried out independently by the village.
If the aid value exceeds IDR 200 million, the processing mechanism is different because it must go through an auction process.
Regarding the work time, the village was given three months, however, the work should not be forced when weather conditions are not favorable.
Because, the quality of work and field conditions remain a consideration.
"If we force it during the rain, the work will be wasted. The important thing is to see the absorption rate, considering the volume conditions in the field," he explained.
To ensure implementation is on schedule, monitoring will be conducted from October to December. The DPMD will also involve sub-districts and village facilitators in the oversight.
"We'll monitor the situation. We'll also be assisted by the sub-district and village facilitators. We also hold monthly coordination meetings," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
