INFOKU, BLORA –It appears that the submission of a Judicial Review (JR) to the Constitutional Court regarding the portion of BloraRegency oil and gasrevenue sharing funds (DBH) is still awaiting readiness.
Chairman of the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society ( MAKI ) Boyamin Saiman said that his party was still waiting for the readiness of the team that would advance to the Constitutional Court .
He admitted that currently there are still several other matters that need to be resolved first.

"The plan is early this year. The only obstacle is ours, as we're quite busy, and we're more focused on clients who have already lined up," he said.
When asked about the preparation of the files, he admitted that they had been prepared thoroughly.
"Our files are fully prepared. It's just a matter of putting the pedal to the metal. The Constitutional Court will approve them, and we are optimistic about securing a fair share of the oil and gas DBH for the people of Blora," he stressed.
Boyamin explained that Blora Regency has only received 3 percent of oil and gas DBH from producing areas in accordance with the HKPD Law .

This amount is considered unfair, because the nominal amount is much smaller than other districts that are further away and have no impact on the district with WKP status.
" The Cepu Block Mining Working Area (WKP) in Blora alone accounts for around 30 percent. How can they possibly only get a small amount? In fact, it's the same as a neighboring district like Jombang. That's odd," he said.
Therefore, his party will immediately submit a JR to the Constitutional Court with two main points.
"First, there's the issue of the Regional Revenue Sharing Area (WKP). Blora's DBH is very minimal. It's even on par with Jombang's. Yet, we, within the WKP, should receive more," he explained.
"Secondly, regarding the reduction in TKD (Regional Employment Allowance). We also proposed that. However, the priority is to prioritize the WKP (Working Area) first," he continued. (Endah/ IST )
