INFOKU, BLORA –From the data obtained, the Forestry DBH (Profit Sharing Fund) to the Blora Regency Government has decreased drastically every year.
The impact of this condition is thought to be due to the decreasing forest resources.
The transfer value from the forest area in Blora is not felt to have had an impact on the community.
Secretary of the Blora Regional Revenue, Financial Management, and Asset Agency (BPPKAD) Susi Widyorini told the press that even though half of the Blora Regency area is forested, the Forestry Natural Resources DBH received by the Blora Regency Government is not much.
Also read: Only 32,492 Blora residents received PKH assistance in the first semester.
Because, from the data collected over the past three years, the percentage decrease is quite significant.
"Over the past three years, the amount has continued to decline," she said. Widyorini explained that in 2023, the Forestry Natural Resources DBH reached Rp 5,408,359,484. Then, in 2024, the amount dropped drastically to Rp 3,170,850,000. "In 2025, the Forestry Natural Resources DBH only received Rp 1,997,425,000," she explained.
Head of the Economic and Natural Resources Section of the Blora Regional Secretariat, Puji Ariyanto, confirmed that forestry DBH decreases every year.
According to him, this is because forest coverage is decreasing every year.
Reduction in the number of trees cut down each year.
"Yes, because forest resources are also decreasing," he added.
Meanwhile, Iwan Krismianto, Secretary of Commission A of the Blora Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), also highlighted the forestry sector's minimal contribution to regional revenue, despite approximately 49.66 percent of Blora Regency being forested.
"And the forest has no benefit for our community. There's no impact, if you look at the Forestry Natural Resources Revenue Sharing," he explained.
He believes that the Forestry Natural Resources DBH (DBH) received by Blora is clearly disproportionate to the area of forest in the area. Therefore, it is considered unfair. (Endah / IST )
