INFOKU, BLORA – The process of handling the Agus Sutrisno alias Agus Palon case has entered the next stage.
Blora Police Criminal Investigation Unit investigators have submitted the case files to the Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari) and are now awaiting the results of the prosecutor's investigation.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Blora Police, AKP Zaenul Arifin, said that the case file for the alleged road damage had been declared complete at the police level.

"We have submitted the files to the prosecutor's office," he said.
Next, investigators will wait for the results of the prosecutor's examination for the next 14 days.
If declared complete or P-21, the case will proceed to stage two.
"Once it reaches P-21, we will move on to the second stage," he added.
Previously, Agus Palon was named a suspect after being reported by the project implementer, Hermawan Susilo.
The report was registered with the number STTLP/67/II/2026/Res Blora/Jateng regarding alleged destruction and obstruction of the district road casting work in Palon Village, Jepon District.

The incident is said to have occurred on Friday (20/2) when the rigid road improvement project for the Turirejo–Palon–Nglobo section was underway.
The project has a budget of around IDR 1.198 billion sourced from the Blora Regency Regional Budget and is being carried out by CV Meteor Jaya.
The road construction has a length of 502 meters, a width of 4 meters, and a thickness of 25 centimeters.
The project is scheduled to last for 90 calendar days, starting from February 5 to May 5, 2026.
On the other hand, Agus Palon denied the accusations.
He assessed that the process of determining the suspect was too fast and emphasized that he did not commit any vandalism.
"I didn't feel like I was causing any damage. I was just passing through," he told the press.

He also said there was no traffic diversion notice board at the project site at the time of the incident.
