INFOKU,BLORA - The Blora Regency Government has adjusted working hours for state civil servants (ASN) in the local area, in order to ensure the continuity of government administration and the effective implementation of official duties during the month of Ramadan 1445 Hijriah.
This adjustment was conveyed through a circular letter (SE) signed by the Blora Regional Secretary (Setda), Komang Gede Irawadi, which was addressed to each regional apparatus.
"The policy will take effect from 1 Ramadan 1445 H, guided by the Decree of the Minister of Religion (Menag)," said Komang Gede Irawadi, Tuesday (12/3/2024).
The basis for the SE includes Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline, Presidential Regulation Number 21 of 2023 concerning Working Days and Working Hours of Government Agencies and State Civil Service Employees, as well as Blora Regent Regulation Number 14 of 2023 concerning Working Days and Working Hours for Regional Apparatus and State Civil Service Employees.
For regional officials who apply five working days, Monday to Thursday, 08.00-15.00 WIB with rest time at 12.00-12.30 WIB.
On Fridays from 08.00-15.30 WIB, with break time at 11.30-12.30 WIB.
For regional officials who implement six working days (Education Units, Regional Hospitals and Community Health Centers), Monday to Thursday 07.30-14.00 WIB with a 30 minute break. Friday 07.30-11.00 WIB while Saturday 07.30-12.30 WIB.
Meanwhile, for regional officials who apply six working days (aside from RSUD and Puskesmas), Monday to Thursday 08.00-14.30 WIB, with rest time at 12.00-12.30 WIB.
Friday 08.00-14.30 WIB, with break time at 11.30 -12.30 WIB. Meanwhile, Saturday 08.00-11.00 WIB.

Furthermore, the number of effective working hours for regional officials who carry out five or six working days during the month of Ramadan 1445 Hijriah is a minimum of 32.5 hours (thirty-two hours and thirty minutes) per week.
In the SE, it is stated that the Head of Regional Apparatus ensures that the implementation of working hours in the month of Ramadan 1445 Hijriah does not reduce the productivity and performance achievements of ASN employees and organizational performance, and does not interfere with the smooth implementation of public services.
