INFOKU, BLORA – It was truly an unexpected incident, as many as 204 students of SMPN 1 Blora experienced nausea and diarrheawhich wassuspected tobe due to poisoning from the free nutritious meal menu (MBG).
Some of them were rushed to the Blora Army Health Service Hospital (DKT) for treatment, Wednesday (26/11).
According to journalists' observations , a number of SMPN 1 Blora students were lying weak at the DKT Blora Hospital, which is not far from the school location.
One of the teachers at SMPN 1 Blora, Wahyu Yuli, explained that the students had diarrhea on Tuesday night (25/11).
So, it is suspected that this was due to the MBG menu on Tuesday.

"Today, some children have been admitted and are doing well. Meanwhile, 20 children are being treated at DKT Hospital," he said.
He explained that the total number of children experiencing complaints such as diarrhea was 198 students, then an additional 6 students.
"So, there are a total of 204 children, out of a total of 955 students," he added.
Of the 20 children receiving treatment at the hospital, two required inpatient care. The others have since recovered.
One of the 7th grade students at SMPN 1 Blora, Naufal, explained that his stomach had been hurting since Tuesday after he arrived home.
Apart from being sick, he felt nauseous and wanted to vomit.

"I felt nauseous. But I wanted to throw up. It started to feel like I was going home from school," she said.
He didn't understand what the cause was.
However, at school, he ate the MBG menu: spicy chicken , carrots, and bok choy .
Then, that night, he started having diarrhea. And he's still having diarrhea to this day.
"Yes, yesterday I smelled something. It was slimy. Then, when I got home, I felt nauseous. I still feel nauseous," he explained. (Endah/ IST )
