Aminudin Wins Provincial DPRD Seat, After His Case Was Dismissed

INFOKU, BLORA – The spotlight occurred again on the figure of Abdullah Aminudin, a member of the Blora DPRD from the PKB faction.

After he secured a seat  in the DPRD  of Central Java Province, electoral district (dapil) 5 with 44,440 votes.

On the other hand, the National Awakening Party (PKB) politician has recently been widely reported because he is a suspect in the  land mafia case  in Blora.

The politician from Blora was named a suspect by  Central Java Regional Police Ditreskrimum investigators  .

Aminudin is suspected of violating article 264 jo 266 of the Criminal Code. The object of the action is ordering, including false information in an authentic deed in the form of a sale and purchase deed for land and/or its use.

He was named a suspect along with a notary from Blora with the initials EE.

Head of Unit (Kanit) II Subdit IV/Renakta Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng Kompol Supriyadi said that Abdullah Aminudin had indeed been a suspect.

Case Withdrawn

However, the case has not yet been transferred. According to him, later the victim actually withdrew the report.

“It has been completed through  RJ  ( restorative justice ). "The report was withdrawn by the victim," he explained.

Supriyadi also said that the victim said that in this case there was no RJ case title.

"The status of the RJ case is still not clear. Maybe after this," he added.

Chairman of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Central Java Province, Handi Tri Ujiono, in a press statement stated that if there is no permanent legal force or inkracht, then a legislative candidate (caleg) will still be declared as the elected candidate.

"As long as you haven't been inkracht, you can still be declared as an elected candidate," he said.

He explained that one of the registration requirements for legislative candidates is that they are required to attach documents in the form of a statement that the person concerned has never been convicted.

"There is a required district court letter that the prospective candidate has never been sentenced to more than five years," he explained.

Thus, he continued, if the court decision finds Aminuddin not guilty and after the process of determining the elected legislative candidates at the Provincial KPU, then his party will propose it to the President and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Endah / IST )
