IDR 111 Billion Predicted Excess Remaining in Blora 2023 APBD Budget Financing

INFOKU, BLORA – The remaining excess budget funding ( Silpa )  of the Blora APBD  for 2023 is predicted to be quite large.

Data from the Blora Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) states that the amount reached IDR 111  billion .

However, the number is still not final. Because, we are still waiting for the results of the audit by the financial audit agency.

Head of BPPKAD Blora, Slamet Pamuji, said that the amount of the silpa was still an estimate, so it was not yet a final figure.

This is because the exact figure for silpa must wait for the results of the BPK audit.

"The final figures must wait for the results of the examination from the Supreme Audit Agency or be audited first," he explained.

According to Mumuk, as he is known, the estimated silpa figure comes from the total budget remaining in the regional treasury (kasda). This amount was then added to the silpa in a number of regional public service agencies (BLUD).

The nominal value of the silpa in the regional treasury is estimated at IDR 88 billion. Silpa BLUD is estimated at IDR 23 billion. As well as the Silpa from school operational assistance (BOS) is estimated at IDR 487 million.

"The total estimated silpa in 2023 is around IDR 111 billion," he said.
