INFOKU, BLORA –Currently, the discipline of state civil servants (ASN) within the Blora Regency Government is starting to be highlighted.
The Blora Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) received three public complaints regarding civil servants who were determined to hang out and drink coffee during working hours.
All reports are immediately forwarded to the respective regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
Agency leaders are asked to immediately intervene to provide guidance to their indisciplined subordinates.
Blora BKPSDM Young Expert Human Resources Analyst Era Aromatica Kusumadewi said that public reports are one of the materials for following up on alleged ASN disciplinary violations.
"So far, we have received three reports regarding civil servants allegedly hanging out or drinking coffee during work hours," he told the press.
Era explained that every report does not necessarily result in sanctions.
Leaders or superiors are first asked to provide clarification and guidance to the employees concerned.
"Initial handling is carried out by the direct superior, then the results of the coaching are reported to the BKPSDM," he explained.
If the violation is proven and repeated, ASN can be subject to disciplinary sanctions.
The level of sanctions depends on the type and impact of the violation committed.
For minor violations, continued Era, coaching can be the first step.
ASN can be asked to make a statement not to repeat their actions.
"If the offense is still minor, counseling can be provided first. However, if it occurs again, disciplinary action can be taken according to the regulations," he explained.
He also invited the public to participate in monitoring ASN discipline.
Members of the public who discover alleged violations can submit reports to the government.
"If the public encounters such incidents, please report them. You can do so through the complaint channels, BKPSDM, WhatsApp, or by letter. We are open to receiving complaints," he emphasized. (Endah/ IST )
