INFOKU, BLORA - A total of 4,085 Beneficiary Families (KPM) of farm workers from 76 villages throughout Blora Regency, received BLT from Tobacco Excise Profit Sharing Funds (DBHCHT) in 2023.
Each KPM received funds amounting to IDR 1.2 million, bringing the total BLT DBHCHT funds for 4,085 tobacco farm workers in Blora to IDR 4.9 billion.
The first distribution of BLT was carried out by the Blora P3A Social Service, at the Regent's Official House Hall, Thursday (28/12/2023), in collaboration with the Food, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service (DP4), Disperinaker, and Bank Jateng.
The Regent of Blora, H. Arief Rohman, symbolically handed over the DBHCHT BLT accompanied by representatives of Forkopimda and the Regional Secretary.
At the same time, witnessing the disbursement in Bank Jateng's mobile cash van which was brought to the courtyard of the Regent's Official House Hall.
"Congratulations to the tobacco farm workers who today received BLT DBHCHT. This is President Jokowi's program to improve the welfare of tobacco farm workers. Please use it for productive things," said Regent Arief Rohman.

The Head of the P3A Social Service, Luluk Kusuma Agung Ariadi, delivered the initial distribution at the Regent's Official House Hall, attended by tobacco farm workers from 4 villages.
Namely Sendanggayam Village, Banjarejo District, Tambaksari Village, Blora District, Gempolrejo Village, Tunjungan District and Kemiri Village, Jepon District.
"A total of 4085 Beneficiary Families (KPM) from 76 Villages throughout Blora Regency have qualified to receive DBHCHT BLT in 2023. With a total DBHCHT BLT budget of IDR 4.9 billion," explained Luluk.
According to Luluk, the data on BLT DBHCHT recipients is the result of verification of proposals submitted by DP4 and the Blora Disperinaker to the Central Government.
On March 27 2023, he continued, DP4 sent a proposal for 9,313 KPM so they could receive DBHCHT BLT. Then, on April 3 2023, field verification was carried out, and in August 2023 the data was compared with data from the Indonesian Tobacco Farmers Association, Blora Regency.

And last October, a desk was held to determine the proposed candidates for DBHCHT BLT recipients, which was agreed upon by the Village Head and representatives of tobacco farmers from each village. In the end, 4,085 KPM recipients were determined. Each KPM received IDR 1.2 million.
According to Luluk, the disbursement can be done in two days starting today, December 28 to December 29, 2023.
"Especially today, disbursement for 4 villages will be carried out in Pendopo. The rest can be disbursed at Bank Jateng offices throughout the Blora Regency area. Both the Blora Branch Office, Cepu Capem, Blora Regional Hospital Cash Office, Ngawen Cash Office, Randublatung Cash Office, Todanan Cash Office, and Blora Regional Secretariat Cash Office," he explained.

Meanwhile, Sarno, a tobacco farm worker from Tambaksari Village, Blora District, after disbursing the BLT DBHCHT, said he was happy and expressed his thanks to the Regent and the President.
"Thank God, thank you, at the end of 2023 we received this BLT sustenance. Thank you, Mr. Regent, Mr. Governor, Mr. President, Mr. Head of Department and others. The plan is to save this and pay for the children's school fees. Once again, thank you," said Sarno. (Setyorini/KOM)
