INFOKU, BLORA - The case of domestic violence ( KDRT ) ensnared members of the Indonesian Navy Lettu Ado Awan Dharmawan as the husband and the Blora policewoman with the initials TVN as the wife and victim.
After months of waiting, Ado has been officially named a suspect by the Semarang Military Prosecutor (Otmil).
Now, we just have to wait for the case to be tried by military court. TVN's legal advisor (PH) as the victim, Prabowo Febriyanto, said that the case had disappointed him and his client. Because, there has never been a sequel.
While waiting, he also tried to ensure that his client received protection to maintain the victim's safety during the trial process.
“Waiting for the suspect to be identified was quite long. Now there is news that Ado has been named a suspect. "Then it will be tried," he explained to the press yesterday (27/12).
Regarding the trial schedule, Prabowo admitted that he did not know the schedule. He is waiting for news from Otmil Semarang regarding the continuation of the case he is handling.

“Still waiting again. "What is clear is that now he is a suspect," he said.
It should be noted that the report against the Indonesian Navy personnel started last October. Prabowo explained that the impact of domestic violence resulted in the victim experiencing a miscarriage.
"So, physical and non-physical domestic violence, threats and neglect of wives and children," he said on October 3.
So, the victim is in a state of severe depression and fear. This condition was conveyed by Prabowo from the results of TVN's psychiatric examination at the Gondohutomo Mental Hospital in Semarang.
“The inspection evidence already exists. "The victim also had a miscarriage," he explained.

Prabowo said that this act was suspected to have been carried out since 2020. At that time, the victim was no longer at home with her husband and only came home occasionally and carried out the violence.

Meanwhile, confirmed separately, Otmil Semarang said that the case involving an individual member of the Indonesian Navy has been confirmed as a suspect.
