INFOKU, BLORA - The 2023 ETK banner was handed over to the Kwarcab of the Blora Scout Movement by the Kwarcab of the Rembang Scout Movement on the border of the two areas of the Kwarcab board, to be precise in Ngampel Village, Blora District, Monday (21/8/2023).
The exchange between the Kwartir Branch of the Rembang Regency and the Kwartir of the Blora Regency Branch was successful and solemn.
The Rembang Regency Advisory Board (Mabicab), AKBP Suryadi, handed over the coconut shoots to the recipient, namely the Blora Regency Mabicab AKBB Agus Puryadi who also presided over the 2023 ETK ceremony.
At the same time followed by handing over the banner, a message from Kamabida, Head of the Branch Advisory Council, Ka. Mabiran, as well as the Morse flag.

The 2023 Central Java Regional Kwartir ETK will be held for ten days in August by taking fourteen starting points.
The initial start was carried out in Rembang and Blora Regencies on Monday (21/8/2023).
The Coconut Shoots Relay held in commemoration of the 62nd Scout Anniversary this year takes the theme With the 62nd Scout Anniversary Commemoration Let's Realize Human Resources that are Professional and National Insightful.
To welcome the Blora Kwarcab Coconut Shoots Relay troops, camps and posses were held along the Blora-Rembang and Blora-Purwodadi roads.
Meanwhile the Regent of Blora H. Arief Rohman as Head of the Blora Scout Movement conveyed the message and impression that the Scouts' Human Resources are Professional and Proportionate, creating a millennial generation with character.
The role of the Ministry of Communication and Information
The Blora Regency Communication and Information Service (Dinkominfo) participated in overseeing and conveying information on the 2023 Coconut Shoot Relay (ETK) trip, Monday (21/8/2023) and Tuesday (22/8/2023).
Through the loudspeaker of the mobile broadcasting car unit, officers from the Dinkominfo conveyed regarding the holding of ETK 2023 in commemoration of the 62nd Scout Anniversary so that the public knows and welcomes the journey of the ETK 2023 troop.

Head of Dinkominfo Blora Pratikno Nugroho, through the Head of IKP Dinkominfo Kariyono, said the role of Dinkominfo Blora participating in ETK 2023 activities, starting Monday (21/8/2023) to Tuesday (22/8/2023) is a form of broadcasting information to the public as well as providing publications to be known by the people of Blora and its surroundings.
"With the escort from the broadcast car and the publication team until today, Tuesday, Dinkominfo Blora is participating in helping broadcast and publish so that the public knows what activities are going on," explained Head of IKP Dinkominfo Blora Kariyono, Tuesday (22/8/2023).
Stage Route
The 2023 Coconut Shoots Relay Troops, Stage 1 from Sadang to DPUPR Keser are members of the Scouts of SMA Negeri 2 Blora and SMP Negeri 4 Blora.
Stage 2, from the DPUPR Blora to the Blora National Education Office, were Scout members of SMA Negeri 1 Blora and SMP Negeri 6 Blora.
Stage 3, from the Blora National Education Office to Blora MAN, members of Blora Scouts and SMP Negeri 3 Tunjungan.
Then, Stage 4, from MAN Blora to SD Negeri 1 Tawangharjo troops from Scout members of SMK 1 Blora and SMP Negeri 1 Tunjungan.
Stage 5, from SD Negeri 1 Tawangrejo to SD Negeri 1 Ngawen, troops from Scout members of Nurul Huda Ngawen Vocational School and Ngawen 4 Middle School.
Next, Stage 6, from SD Negeri 1 Ngawen to SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen was a troop of Scout members from SMA Negeri 1 Ngawen and SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen.
Stage 7, from Ngawen 1 Public High School to Jagong 2 Public Elementary School, were troop of Scout members from SMK NU Kunduran and MTs Al Huda Kunduran.
Stage 8, from Jagong 2 Public Elementary School to the Blandong Gagaan Monument, were troop of Scout members from Kunduran State Vocational School and Kunduran 2 Middle School.
During their journey, the ETK 2023 troops were accompanied by various arts such as marching bands and barongan arts so that the atmosphere on the roadside was full of spectators.
