INFOKU, BLORA -Lilik Yuliantoro, an activist in Blora, held an action in the form of walking "sideways" while giving speeches at a number of strategic points in the center of Blora City, yesterday (6/11).
In the action, he conveyed his aspirations and criticism of the performance of the Blora DPRD and the budget which he felt was unreasonable.
In his action, Lilik appeared in theatrical costume and carried a number of banners and posters, which contained criticism of the DPRD and a moral call to improve regional governance .

Lilik also called on the Blora District Attorney's Office ( Kejari ) to follow up on allegations of budget waste during working visits ( kunker ) to the legislature .
Tilted & Wrong Direction
Lilik delivered a short speech and presented a peace wreath, as a symbol of hope that public officials and law enforcement officers would work honestly, transparently, and in the interests of the people.
"This slanted walk symbolizes a situation that's headed in the wrong direction. The DPRD should be fighting for the people's interests, not busy visiting without tangible results," he said. "We demand budget transparency and an evaluation of all Blora DPRD working visit activities ," Lilik asserted in his speech in front of the Blora DPRD office.
Apart from criticizing the DPRD, this activist, who is known for his symbolic walk back action, also asked the Blora District Attorney to follow up on the alleged misuse of legislative travel funds.
"We hope the prosecutor's office won't remain silent. If there are indications of waste or official travel that doesn't benefit the public, firm and transparent action must be taken," he said.
The District Attorney's Response
Meanwhile, the Head of Intelligence at the Blora District Attorney's Office, Jatmiko, welcomed the aspirations conveyed by Lilik Yuliantoro and thanked him for his concern for the transparency of regional budget use.
"Thank you for your input, we will study the work visit activities," he said briefly.
As previously reported, the 2025 Blora Regency DPRD official travel budget in the 2025 DPA document, has a total travel duration of 415 administrative days, involving the leadership and 41 DPRD members.
From the results of observations of ten documents of activities outside the region, the DPRD leadership was recorded as having traveled on official business for 177 days.
Meanwhile, the DPRD members reached 238 days.
The trip was spread across various cities such as Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, and a number of areas in Central Java.
With a variety of activities, ranging from discussing the regional budget, consultations, to drafting regional regulations.
The hotel pricing used by the Blora DPRD refers to Blora Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2024, which contains the unit price of hotels in each area visited.
In Jakarta, for example, regional leaders and DPRD leaders receive Rp 5,850,000 per night, while echelon II officials and DPRD members receive Rp 1,490,000 per night.

Meanwhile, in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, regional leaders and DPRD leaders receive Rp 5,017,000 per night, while echelon II officials and DPRD members receive Rp 2,695,000 per night.
