INFOKU, BLORA - The ratification of the interim replacement village head (PAW) candidate in Keser Village, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency was the color of a protest action on Thursday (13/7/2023). The protest action was conveyed by a member of the Keser Village BPD while attending the ratification meeting invitation.
Sukarmin, as a member of the Keser Village BPD, questioned the validity of the certificate which was used as a substitute for the Karangtaruna Decree attached to the registration file and was used as an additional weighting value by one of the candidates who was declared passed by the committee.
"As far as I know, the certificate in lieu of SK must have a witness, firstly, secondly, there must be an official report on when he was sworn in as an administrator or chairman of Karangtaruna," said Sukarmin.
He thought that the official report regarding the certificate used by one of the PAW candidates did not exist.
He also admitted that he was disappointed with the answer given by the committee which was about to hold another meeting.
"If it is brought back together, in my opinion, it is less objective, because according to the head of the BPD himself, this decision is final for the candidates who have passed," he said.
Related to this, Sukarmin will finally wait for follow-up from the head of the BPD regarding this matter.
"I will comply with procedures, because I am a member of the BPD, I will coordinate with the chairman, after all the implementation of PAW is absolutely responsible for the BPD. The committee itself is only carrying out the stages, while the responsibility of the committee is to the BPD," he said
Responding to this, the head of the PAW Pilkades committee, Gagat T said that the decisions taken by the committee were in accordance with existing procedures and rules.
"So we dare to certify anything, we have fully consulted with the PMD Service," said Gagat.

He also admitted that he had seen the SK attached to one of the candidates on behalf of Sutomo, but when asked whether there was an official report regarding the Karangtaruna inauguration, he admitted that he did not know.
"That's a lot, bro, so I don't know, I forgot, bro. Later, when I have the data, I will show it," he explained.
During the ratification of the candidate for the PAW village head, he received strict guard from the police and military.
Even though there was a protest from a member of the BPD, the results of the ratification of the PAW village head candidate went smoothly and ended with the signing of an agreement by the committee.
For information, there are six applicants for Cakades PAW Keser Village.
Out of that number, only three people met the requirements.
While the other three applicants were declared not to have met the requirements after the administrative selection was carried out. (Endah)
