You know... It turns out that Blora's budget absorption is still low

INFOKU, BLORA –  The absorption of the Blora Regional Budget has not been maximized, it can be seen from the budget absorption which has only reached 41 percent.

Due to the fact that there are many construction projects that have not been completed, the Regency Government will provide sanctions with a reduction in additional employee income (TPP) for ASN in OPD, which has minimal uptake.

Regional Secretary (Sekda) Blora Komang Gede Irawadi said, up to the middle of this year, regional expenditure absorption had only reached Rp 978.9 billion or 41 percent. This year's Blora regional budget is Rp 2.3 trillion

Komang continued, he had implemented a TPP cutting sanction policy for the ASN, but it was still not optimal.

Thus, the absorption of the budget in OPD, which is still minimal, will be used as material for joint evaluation.

"If we compare it with last year, there has been a slight increase and it has not been maximized. Even though it has been cut, but still. The cut is collective for one OPD, not individual per person. Later, if it is not possible to continue, we will refocus (budget shifting)." ' he said when met at the Blora Regional Secretariat (Setda).

Separately, Blora Slamet Pamudji, Head of the Revenue, Financial Management and Regional Assets Agency (BPPKAD), said that the TPP adjustment based on ASN performance had not yet had a significant impact on budget absorption. In fact, several OPDs have had their TPP cut by 10 percent.

Absorption which is still low, he continued, is influenced by the large amount of physical work with a large budget that has not yet been implemented. In fact, some of them are still in the auction process or many auctions are still unfinished.

"PUPR projects are indeed not as many as last year. However, still very influential. But many have not auctioned. For now, we are still pursuing partners working on physical projects. There may be problems with project planning which results in processing time,'' he explained. (Endah / IST )
