INFOKU, BLORA –In 2026, the budget for Village Governments (Pemdes) will be increasingly limited.
Not only were village funds (DD) significantly reduced , the Blora Regency Government also did not provide district financial assistance ( Bankab ) to a number of villages.
This condition is certainly quite difficult for village governments who still have a lot of homework to do to improve their respective areas.
Member of Commission A of the Blora DPRD, Muchammad Mukhlisin, regretted the absence of Bankab.

So, he admitted, the agenda in the village would be hampered, even the infrastructure would not be as massive as the previous year.
"Village infrastructure may not be as good as in previous years, much of which was covered by Bankab and village funds," he said.
Furthermore, he explained, the current condition of the Blora Regency Government is concerned about the large cuts in regional transfers ( TKD ), which has forced the Bankab to be discontinued this year.
"Hopefully, there will be additional TKD from the center," he said.
Even though there is no Bankab, he asked the Village Government to continue to provide maximum service to the community.
"Perhaps physical activities and other things will be reduced, but services must continue because that is their (the Village Government's, ed.) duty," he said.
"In terms of service, I trust the professionalism of our fellow village officials," he continued.
Confirmed separately, the Head of Village Financial Management, Development, and Arrangement of the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD) of Blora Regency, Suwiji, confirmed to the press that there was no Bankab budget this year for villages.
Suwiji explained that last year the Blora Regency Government still disbursed IDR 47.71 billion, which was distributed to 149 villages out of a total of 271 villages.
Then in 2024, the Blora Regency Government disbursed Bankab amounting to IDR 58.02 billion.
"This year, it's zero . Blora Regency's regional bank assistance for village infrastructure in 2025 is only Rp 47,718,500,000," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
