INFOKU, BLORA – From now on the budget will be tweaked to discuss changes to the 2023 APBD.
Following this, the Blora Regency Government will try to refocus the budget, because there is a mandate from the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), to budget 40 percent of the 2024 Pilkada budget and the salaries of government workers with work agreements (PPPK).
So that the Blora regency government has to pour out funds for both of these things.
It is calculated that the two mandates that must be carried out by the district government are estimated to cost up to more than Rp. 80 billion.
Blora Slamet Pamudji, head of the Regional Revenue and Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD), said that mandatory PPPK salaries were issued by the central government through Minister of Finance Regulation Number (PMK) 212.

Meanwhile, regional election funding was mandated through a circular letter (SE) from the Ministry of Home Affairs on January 24, 2023.
"So, the problem is PMK 212 regarding the mandatory DAU for PPPK, that was issued last December. Meanwhile, the mandate for the local elections has come out in January 2023. While we have finished budgeting, it has become difficult, but we are still working on it,'' explained Mumuk, the close nickname of the Head of BPPKAD, to the press.
He stated that the district government is still trying to fulfill the policies of the center.
As is well known, PPPK salary requirements are around Rp. 63 billion. While this year's election budget, it is still not certain.
"Yesterday they (KPUK and local Bawaslu) sent a proposal. We are still correcting it to make it more efficient. In total there are 49 billion (KPUK Rp. 38 billion, Bawaslu Rp. 11 billion). Actually all that is needed is around Rp. 300 million for socialization. But we are following the recommendation of the Minister of Home Affairs to disburse 40 percent so that it does not swell in the next election year,'' he explained.
