INFOKU, BLORA -The Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan-RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas said that many non-ASN employees in the government are entrusted workers.
So this is a problem facing the current government.
According to him, the impact of having entrusted employees is the large number of honorary workers.
It is known that honorary staff is currently a problem that has not been resolved by the government.
Menpan said that many honorary workers demanded to be appointed as state civil servants (ASN).
There are even those who want to be appointed without going through a selection process.
"The reality is that right now we are facing entrusted human resources, people come asking for entry from non-ASN and so on," he said at the Blora Regent's office, Friday (23/9/2022) night.
"In the end, what happened, there were hundreds of thousands of honorary workers who had to be appointed. Moreover, they wanted their passing grade to be lowered. Sometimes they didn't even want to use the test, they wanted to be appointed as ASN immediately, so that's good . happened," he continued.
State Ban
Azwar said that actually the central government had banned local governments from hiring honorary workers.
However, he suspects that the regional head's political interests make the recruitment of honorary workers continue to occur.
He admits that currently in a number of areas the absence of honorary staff will disrupt public services.
However, he highlighted the process of recruiting temporary workers who did not pay attention to quality.
"So we are talking about the arrangement of honorariums, honorariums must be arranged, the quality of qualifications must also be maintained, and according to the government's regulations since 2023 there should be no more honorariums, but this was the wish of the regional head to be given last time, so we hope that the regions can arrange honorariums. well," he said.(Endah/ IST )
