INFOKU, BLORA -The General Elections Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) of Blora Regency held technical guidance (Bimtek) for archiving management in the local meeting room, Monday (21/3/2022).
The technical guidance, which was attended by all Blora Regency Bawaslu leaders, as well as staff, aims to provide understanding and guidance on administrative and archival standards.
Lulus Mariyonan, Head of Blora Regency Bawaslu in his speech said, Regency/City Bawaslu is a new institution so that good archive management is needed.
We, as an institution that was just formed in 2018, certainly need knowledge on how to store or manage archives properly. Because good archive management is important as a form of institutional responsibility.
"Moreover, as election supervisors, many things are archived, such as monitoring results, handling violations," he explained.

The speakers who were attended by the Library and Archives Service (DPK) of Blora Regency were Tri Tatang Wiyono and Adindha as Archives.
In his presentation, it is explained that there are several systems or categories in the arrangement of files or archives.
According to him, the file arrangement system can be divided into five categories, the first is alphabetic, namely the file arrangement system in alphabetical order.

The second is based on the subject, namely the arrangement of files based on the problem. The third is geographic, in this case the existing files are arranged according to the location of the correspondent. Then the fourth is compiling files with a numeric system.
"In the numerical system, existing files are arranged based on the sequence of location code numbers, places, names or other identities," said Tri Tatang Wiyono.
Then the fifth, the chronological system, namely the arrangement of files based on chronological time.
"These five things can be applied in the arrangement so that archives can be stored systematically and logically, and if needed they can be found quickly and precisely," he explained. (Endah/ IST )
