Ganjar Watching MotoGP Mandalika, Was Nervous Because of the Rain

 


INFOKU –It must be admitted that the MotoGP event was successfully held in Mandalika, Lombok, on Sunday (20/3).

Miguel Oliveira KTM Red Bull racer, emerged as the winner in the jet land racing event.

The action of the riders at the Mandalika MotoGP 2022 managed to amaze millions of fans.

Including, the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo. Ganjar, who came directly to Lombok with his wife, Siti Atikoh, could not hide his happiness after watching the actions of the racers at the Mandalika MotoGP.

Wearing a black shirt and a red jacket, Ganjar arrived at the Mandalika Circuit since noon.

He sat in the Grandstand A Tribune and mingled with thousands of other spectators. Ganjar looks so enthusiastic watching the three races presented, namely Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP.

He also didn't look awkward standing up and cheering making waves with other spectators when the racers passed in front of them.

"It was an interesting race. It was extraordinary, everyone was excited to see the MotoGP race in Mandalika," said Ganjar in a written statement, Monday (21/3/2022).

But according to him, what made him the most nervous was the weather conditions.

This is because before the MotoGP race was held, Mandalika was hit by heavy rain which made the race postponed for an hour.

The spectators were anxiously awaiting whether the race would resume or not. Even so, they still did not move from their seats until finally there was a decision from the organizers of the race to be held.

"Well, the excitement increased because of the rain, is this race going on or not. It turns out to be continued. And people imagine the track is slippery, but it's not. Anyway, everyone is thrilled to see today's peak lap," he said.

In addition to the race, Ganjar revealed other good moments in the event at Mandalika.

That is when a rain handler acts on the side of the track when it is raining heavily.

"What's even more interesting is that the rain shaman is dancing, the rain shaman is dancing. The info is that the handler is from Bali. And interestingly, after the rain shaman danced, soon the rain stopped. This is amazing," he concluded. IST )
