INFOKU, BLORA –The Blora Achievement Scholarship Program has been reopened by the Blora Regency Government.
This year, as many as 246 quotas have been prepared for outstanding students.
The selection of scholarship recipients is planned to be held at the end of next month using the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) method of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).

The selection plan is stated in the Blora Regency Government letter Number 400/1114/2026 dated September 17, 2026.
The letter contains a request for facilitation of the implementation of the Blora Achievement Scholarship Program selection through the BKN CAT.
The selection process is scheduled to take place in Blora Regency.
Participants will then take an academic ability test.
Graduation is determined based on the grade ranking for each pathway.
If there are participants who get the same score at the lowest ranking limit, the ranking is determined using the higher cumulative achievement index (GPA).
Meanwhile, for new students who do not yet have a GPA, ranking is determined based on the oldest age.
The program refers to Blora Regent Regulation Number 15 of 2026 concerning the Blora Achievement Scholarship Program.
The district government has prepared a budget of around IDR 1 billion for this program.
Head of the Blora Regency Social Services Agency (Dinsos P3A), Luluk Kusuma Agung, said that this year's scholarship budget is managed through two regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
"Namely at the Social Services Agency (Dinsos P3A) and the Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Agency (Dinporabudpar)," he said.
Of the 246 quotas, 238 are held by the Social Affairs and Community Empowerment Agency (Dinsos P3A), while the other eight are managed by the Department of Youth and Sports (Dinporabudpar).
The quota at Dinporabudpar is intended for students who have achievements, especially in the fields of sports and art.
Luluk said that his party was still waiting for the implementation of the CAT selection with BKN.
After the selection process is complete, the next stage is the process of paying the scholarship to the recipient.
"We're still waiting for the CAT selection process with the National Civil Service Agency (BKN). After that, we'll start paying. The quota is 238, so we'll pay for that," he explained.
The scholarship isn't just for one year. The district government has prepared a funding scheme for students to complete eight semesters of their studies or graduate.
"The basis is a regent's regulation. The technical implementation is at the Kesra level. Payment for the scholarship will be transferred to their respective accounts. The scheme runs until graduation. We guarantee funding to ensure students graduate," he added.
Under this scheme, scholarship recipients will receive educational financial support from the Blora Regency Government until they complete their studies according to the program's provisions. (Endah/ IST )
