INFOKU, BLORA –Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Major General TNI (Ret.) Trenggono, on Friday afternoon (11/9/2026) made a surprise inspection of the Sukorejo 2 SPPG Kitchen, Tunjungan District, Blora Regency.
Yesterday, it was strongly suspected that this was the cause of the student poisoning incident in the Tunjungan District area.
The inspection was carried out accompanied by Regent Arief Rohman, Deputy Regent Sri Setyorini as Chair of the Blora Regency MBG Task Force, Deputy Chair of the Blora DPRD Lanova Candra Tirtaka, and Commander of the 0721 Blora Kodim, Lieutenant Colonel Kav. Yudhi Agus Setiyanto.
Then there was the Head of the Blora Regency Health Service and the Tunjungan Sub-district Leadership Coordination Forum.
Upon arrival at the location, the Deputy Chair of BGN and his entourage immediately inspected the condition of the SPPG, both in terms of the building and operations.
The internal evaluation was carried out directly in the SPPG kitchen, together with the SPPG Coordinator for the Blora Regency Region, Artika Diannita.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Sukorejo 2 SPPG Kitchen, Afif Djaelani, along with the owner of the Sukorejo 2 SPPG, Wasono Basuki, could only remain silent while listening to the reprimand from the Deputy Chair of BGN.
Will be completely closed
During the inspection, the Deputy Chair of BGN found the kitchen in conditions that he considered very inadequate.

He even confirmed that the head of the kitchen would be immediately removed and the kitchen would be permanently suspended.
"I need to convey that there was a fatal incident of food poisoning (MBG) in Blora (at the Sukorejo 2 Tunjungan Food and Nutrition School). Firm action must be taken against this kitchen. We will suspend it severely, even permanently. I found the kitchen to be extremely unfit, quite ugly, and many standard operating procedures (SOPs) were not followed. After a 30-day investigation, we will immediately suspend it permanently," he stressed.
"Then, we will also remove the kitchen manager because he did not carry out his duties properly and did not comply with the SOP," Trenggono continued.
"Most importantly, we would like to thank the Regent and Deputy Regent, as Head of the Task Force, who acted quickly to ensure everything was handled effectively. Thank God, all the victims are recovering; only a few remain in the hospital and are gradually recovering," he said.

Previously, his party had visited 2 victims who were still being treated at Dr. R. Soetijono Blora Regional Hospital and 1 victim who was still being treated at PKU Muhammadiyah Blora Hospital.
Legal Process
The three of them have gradually recovered and are waiting for their doctor's schedule to go home.
Then, regarding the element of legal violation, he stated that they were still waiting for the results of the investigation and laboratory examination results.
"We'll first see if there was any intentional intent involved in this incident. If there is a criminal element, we will take action according to applicable law. The lab results are still being processed, so please be patient," said Trenggono.
In the same place, Blora Regent Arief Rohman expressed his gratitude to the Deputy Head of BGN who was willing to come down directly to carry out monitoring and spot checks in Blora Regency.
