INFOKU, BLORA –Approximately6,250 recipients of social assistance (bansos) in Blora Regency were affected by the suspension due to indications of being involved in online gambling (judol) activities.
The data includes recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and non-cash food assistance (BPNT).
The Head of the Blora Social Services Agency for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A), Luluk Kusuma Agung Ariadi, told the press that the suspension was based on data showing indications of transactions related to online gambling.

Beneficiary families (KPM) whose social assistance has been suspended due to suspected fraud can file an objection.
"The village will then sign the objection, and the district will then give approval for us to resubmit the proposal," said Luluk.
The objection process, he continued, can be done through the village operator or by coming directly to the Blora P3A Social Service.
Once the objection is completed and verified, the proposal will be forwarded to Pusdatin and the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) for further processing.
Luluk emphasized that the suspension of social assistance does not mean that the assistance will stop permanently.
As long as residents still meet the requirements and assistance is still needed, they can re-apply through the available mechanisms.

"Don't worry about stopping forever if you still need help. You can contact the operator or go directly to the Social Services Office," he stressed.
Regarding the existence of social assistance recipients who admitted that they had never played judol.
Luluk said that his party had discovered a number of cases where aid accounts were used to make top-ups or transactions that were suspected of being related to online gambling.
"We hope the public will be careful. Don't use social assistance accounts for online gambling transactions," he urged.
One of the cases that has been followed up is in Tambahrejo.
According to Luluk, the resident has submitted an objection accompanied by a report (BA) and proof of account closure.
"We've followed up on the Tambahrejo residents. They've filed a rebuttal and a BA, along with proof of account closure. We've approved it and forwarded it to the Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) and the Ministry of Social Affairs. Hopefully, it can be reactivated," he explained.

Luluk hopes that the verification process will return aid to recipients who still meet the criteria.
