INFOKU, BLORA – The current situation of the people's well miners in Plantungan Village, Blora District, is starting to become restless.
They demanded transparency from Blora Migas Energi (BME), which has been in charge of the people's wells in the region.
BUMDes Plantungan Advisor Ahmad Hanafi expressed concern about the financial management of Blora Migas Energi (BME) which he considered to be non-transparent.

Apart from the issue of transparency, his party also questioned the large number of parties who claimed to be BME administrators in various activities.
"What concerns us is the lack of financial transparency. Throughout the organization, many people have also been impersonating BME administrators, which has created confusion," he said.
According to Hanafi, he is listed as treasurer in the organizational structure, but he is not aware of the various decisions that are taken.
In fact, he suspects that there are parties claiming to be administrators without clear status.
"I'm listed as treasurer, but I've never been involved and don't know much about it. This raises suspicions of dubious management, as many people claim to be," he said.
He also said that the head of the organization was not fully aware of a number of decisions that had been made.
Oil Prices
Therefore, his party plans to send a letter to EP Cepu regarding concerns regarding this condition.
In addition to organizational governance issues, Hanafi highlighted the transparency of oil prices received by miners.
According to him, the current price issue has caused unrest among the people's well miners in Plantungan.
He explained that, based on the latest circular from Pertamina, the price of oil was around Rp 9,300 per liter.
Meanwhile, referring to the provisions stipulated in ESDM Ministerial Regulation Number 14 of 2025, cooperatives are said to only be entitled to a maximum share of 10 percent of the set price.
"However, in the field, there are allegations that the portion received exceeds the provisions, which has raised questions among miners," he said.
Hanafi added that the mechanism for disbursing production funds has so far been carried out through the cooperative first before being forwarded to the Plantungan BUMDes.
"The BUMDes must provide the funds first so that the distribution of profits to mine workers and the community can continue at the beginning of each month," he said.
Not only that, the transportation and operational costs of oil transportation are also said to be borne by the BUMDes.

Meanwhile, the role of cooperatives in this financing is considered minimal.
"The BUMDes covers transportation costs. The community feels disadvantaged because the cooperative earns significant profits, while the bulk of the operational costs are borne by the village," he stressed. (Endah/ IST )
