INFOKU, BLORA -The HR crisis within the Blora Regency Government is a special concern for the Blora Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency ( BKPSDM ) .
Especially in structural positions from sub-district to district level, because many are still vacant, due to the retirement of many state civil servants ( ASN ) .
"In the Blora Regency Government, the number of ASN who retire each year is 700," explained the Head of Blora BKPSDM, Heru Eko Wiyono.
According to him, this is a dilemma for the Blora Regency Government.

Because, he admitted, the workload analysis (ABK) of ASN in the Bora Regency Government environment was less than ideal.
Based on his assessment, the ideal number is 14,000 ASN, but this year only 12,367 ASN remain.
This number has been added to the new recruitment of government employees with work agreements ( PPPK ).
"There will be 60 people in April. Then, in March, several agencies will be joining, including the Regional Secretary, the Head of Baperida, the Kunduran Sub-district Head, and the Bogorejo Sub-district Secretary," he said.

He added that the southern region of Blora was actually a concern, because this year there were several whose terms of office had expired.
"The term of office in the southern region of Blora has expired, so there are many vacant positions. For example, in Kradenan District, the number of structural civil servants is down to 3, minus 4," he concluded. (Endah/ IST )
