INFOKU, BLORA –After 2 days of searching, three female students from the Tahfidzul Qur'an Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Al Maa'uun Blora Islamic Boarding School who went missing due to drowning in the Lusi River, Blora Regency were found dead on Friday (12/12/2025).
The Head of the Blora Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Mulyawati, said that joint officers found the bodies of three victims after two days of searching.
On the first day of the search, last Thursday, two other female students were also found dead, bringing the total number of fatalities to 5 people.
"I express my gratitude and extraordinary appreciation to the joint team for these two days," he said when met by journalists around the Lusi River, Kedungjenar Village, Blora District, Friday (12/12/2025).

Mulyawati explained that the three female students were found dead.
On the second day of the search, the first victim with the initials CPM (16) was found at around 13.10 WIB at a distance of around 1.5 kilometers from the location of the incident.
The second victim with the initials SR (12) was found at 14.30 WIB at a distance of approximately 1 kilometer from the location of the incident.
Meanwhile, the third victim with the initials AFR (13) was found at 14.45 WIB at a distance of around 1.2 kilometers from the location of the incident.
The three victims were then taken to Blora Regional Hospital to be purified and handed over to their families.
"Because he was in the water, he automatically died, his body was completely intact," he explained.

In total, five female students drowned and went missing in the Lusi River on Thursday (11/12/2025) at around 06.30 WIB.
They drowned while trying to look for shellfish in the river after being swept away by the strong current.
