INFOKU, BLORA -To improve the welfare of farmers in Blora, 1,000 hectares of land in Blora Regency will be prepared for the Nature Based Solution Agroforestry Program, which is a collaboration between the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture's Millennial Farmer Ambassadors and PT Pupuk Indonesia.
Later, farmers will receive a number of assistance, including seeds of hard fruit plants and fertilizer.
The kick-off for the program was held on Thursday (10/30/2025) at the Kedungrejo Village Hall, Tunjungan, in the presence of the Deputy Regent of Blora, Hj. Sri Setyorini, the Chairperson of the Indonesian Millennial Farmer Ambassadors, Rayndra Syahdan, and the Senior Project Manager of Sustainability & Clean Ammonia, M. Roziqin Busyro, along with the team. In attendance were farmers and millennial farmers from Blora Regency.

In her remarks, Deputy Regent Hj Sri Setyorini expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia and PT Pupuk Indonesia,
Also the Ministry of Agriculture's Leading Millennial Farmer Ambassadors for initiating the Nature Based Solution Agroforestry program, which we are starting together today.
After being assisted with seeds and fertilizer, the Deputy Regent hopes that in the future the farmers will be able to develop their businesses.
" I just said that if you want to plant avocados, longans, and other things on forest land, you've already received assistance, but you have to be independent and develop them so that your welfare can improve," he said.
The Blora Regency Government, through innovative programs, has also focused on engaging and supporting young farmers or millennial farmers.

Blora also aims to become a national food barn. Furthermore, collaborations with higher education institutions have been established.
" The agroforestry program we're launching today is very appropriate and highly relevant to Blora Regency. In Blora, there's a program that aligns with the Regency's vision, called 'Gerbang Blora,' a movement to develop local Indonesian fruit. So, in Blora, we're developing a fruit program, in addition to rice and corn," he added. (Endah)
