The Regent Hints at Potential Transfers and Requests Improved Health Service Quality

INFOKU, BLORA -Blora Regent Arief Rohman, firmly requested that all health service facilities such as Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) and Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) within Blora Regency improve the quality of their services to the community.

This was conveyed by the Regent in front of all directors of regional hospitals and heads of community health centers throughout Blora Regency, Thursday (31/7/2025) at the BPJS Health Services Socialization & Anniversary Commemoration event for Samin Surosentiko Regional Hospital, Randublatung.

"Currently, BPJS Health services are available at Samin Surosentiko Regional Hospital. I certainly hope that with BPJS Health, the quality of services will continue to improve," explained Regent Arief.

Considering that services in the health sector are greatly needed by the public, he also reminded employees who do not serve the public well that they will be evaluated.

In fact, Regent Arief is also open to receiving complaints from the public for service improvements. He also requested that a complaints channel be opened.

If there are employees who do not serve them well, they can be reported to them.

Report the Community

"If any of our officers fail to provide good service, please note it down and photograph them if necessary. Well, if they're moved to the middle of the forest, that's fine, if they don't provide the best service," he explained.

"We should be grateful; we are paid by the state. Therefore, all healthcare units should also provide the best possible service to the public. So, don't assume that tomorrow will be a one-day event. That's why we have to start from the service units, from the community health centers," he added.

For this reason, the Regent requested that Village Heads and RT RWs also monitor and supervise any residents who are sick so that they can be examined immediately, including using standby cars to optimize public service.

He said that several years ago in the South Blora area, his team received a report that someone died because they had to be carried on a stretcher to give birth because their house was in the forest.

"Hopefully, incidents like this won't happen again. Therefore, the village heads are here to help us. One of your duties is to serve the community, especially those who are sick. If any of your residents show signs of illness, they should not be left untreated. Please refer them," he stressed. (Setyorini)
