Therefore, former Blora DPRD member Waluyojati took the initiative to report the Head of Jurangjero Village to the Blora District Attorney's Office ( Kejari ).
Waluyojati revealed that he had reported the alleged corruption of village funds (DD) 2023-2024 by Suwoto to the prosecutor's office last Tuesday (6/5). The report has been received by prosecutors.
"Yes, that's right. We have reported it, (because) I suspect there are irregularities in the construction of the farm road ( JUT ). The project was carried out on the village head's private land, in the Rembang area ," he said.
The former member of the Blora DPRD for the 2019-2024 period said that the actions taken by the village head violated the rules. In addition, it is suspected that there was extortion in the 2021 PTSL program. Residents who were supposed to pay IDR 150 thousand were charged IDR 350 thousand per plot.
However, the certificates of ownership ( SHM ) for 42 residents have not been issued until today.
"The latest information, after I reported it. The village head returned the money to residents whose SHMs had not been issued," he explained.
He hopes that the report will be followed up in the field by the prosecutor's team. According to him, it is strongly suspected that there was an act that violated the rules. "The prosecutor's office must follow up on the report," he said.
Responding to this, Jurangjero Village Head Suwoto denied that the allegations of corruption leveled against him were untrue.
The JUT that was built was agreed upon at a village meeting (musdes) and approved by the community.

The JUT project is realized by building roads for agriculture and the program continues every year. ''This year's one is waiting for an audit from the BPK, there has been no audit and it has been reported," he said.
Suwoto said, while related to PTSL, his party explained that some residents who submitted applications did not meet the requirements.

Separately, the Head of the Intelligence Section (Kasi) of the Blora District Attorney's Office , Jatmiko, said that the report had been received and received last Tuesday (6/5).
However, his party is still waiting for a disposition from the leadership for the follow-up process of the report on alleged corruption by the Head of Jurangjero Village.
