"To support the implementation of this system, our agency has allocated a budget of Rp 200 million to add three electronic parking units at Sido Makmur Market ," added Head of Market Division of the Blora Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs Agency ( Dindagkop UKM ) Margo Yuwono to the press .

Margo said that currently his party is preparing documents for the appointment of a third party as parking manager.
The reference is Blora Regent Regulation Number 8 of 2025 concerning Procedures for Organizing Cooperation or Appointment of Third Parties in Collecting Regional Retributions.
"This is still in the preparation stage. However, it must be implemented immediately because this program is part of the Regent's priorities," he said.
He also ensured that the e-parking system would make it easier for market visitors.

Visitors only need to pay parking fees through the electronic counter without giving money directly to the parking attendant .
"So, there is no more additional reward money for parking attendants. Everything is centralized in the electronic counter," he explained.
Separately, Head of Sido Makmur Market, Suno, said that the implementation of the one-door system for e-parking still has no certainty about the implementation time.
"For the implementation of this one-door, we do not know when it will start. We are still waiting for further information," he told reporters.
Old Parking Attendant
He also revealed that until now, the readiness of supporting facilities and infrastructure is still in the process of being improved.
"The e-parking equipment and facilities are still not ready, still in process. So, we cannot implement it yet," he added.
Regarding the existence of old parking attendants, Suno emphasized that they will still be involved in implementing this new system.
"I think the parking attendants who have worked here for a long time will continue to support the e-parking program," he said.
It should be noted, based on data from the Blora Electronic System Procurement Service (LPSE), the Sido Makmur Market parking building purchase package has been budgeted in the 2024 P-APBD worth IDR 200 million.
