National Education Day Ceremony May 2, 2025, Emphasizes Human Resource Development as Top Priority

INFOKU, BLORA -Wearing traditional Central Javanese clothing, Blora Regent Arief Rohman led the 2025 National Education Day (Hardiknas) commemoration ceremony held in the yard of the Blora Regent's Office on Friday (2/5/2025) morning. 

Carrying the theme "Universal Participation Realizes Quality Education for All", the ceremony took place solemnly and was attended by the Deputy Regent of Blora, Hj Sri Setyorini, by elements of the Forkopimda, educators, students, and the general public.

On that occasion, the Regent of Blora read out the message from the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Abdul Mu'ti.

The Minister of Primary and Secondary Education emphasized that National Education Day is an important momentum to reaffirm the commitment and enthusiasm in providing quality education services for all children of the nation.

"This is a form of our endeavor to fulfill the constitutional mandate, namely to educate the nation," said the Regent reading the Minister's mandate.

Furthermore, it was conveyed that the central government's commitment to education was increasingly evident under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto.

As stated in the fourth Asta Cita, the President places human resource development as a top priority.

On the same occasion, the Regent also appreciated the steps taken by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education since October 2024 in building quality education services. 

After the ceremony, the Regent of Blora, Deputy Regent of Blora, and Forkopimda handed over death benefits to the heirs of the members of the Setia Kawan Social Fund for Education Association throughout Central Java.

Moh. Khoirul Anam received compensation of Rp17,200,000,- as the heir of the late Siti Maryam, a retired teacher at Mlangsen 4 Public Elementary School.

In addition, the National Alms Agency (Baznas) of Blora Regency also distributes educational assistance to underprivileged students and education personnel.

The recipients of the assistance included Khoirul Sidiq Nugroho, a student at Kauman State Elementary School, who received assistance of IDR 450,000.00.

Putri Oktaviani, a student at Blora 6th State Middle School, received assistance of Rp. 750,000.00.

Then, Wigit Kurniawan, the guard of Kunden 1 Public Elementary School, received business capital assistance of Rp. 1,500,000.00 for the school canteen business.

Health check-up cost assistance worth Rp2,000,000.00 was also given to recipients in need. (Endah)
