Head of the Blora Ministry of Religion ( Kemenag ) Office, Roziqun, through the Hajj and Umrah organizing staff, Sugiman, revealed that the deadline for the first stage of payment has been completed.

Based on the data recapitulation in the application, 508 pilgrims have paid off the remaining hajj costs.
So, out of 589 pilgrims, there are still 81 pilgrims who need to pay off their debts.
"Our last recap at around 15.00 WIB after Asr prayers, it had reached around 90 percent," he said.
Sugiman explained, of course, for the congregation who still cannot pay off the first stage, they can pay off the payment in the second stage.
However, currently his party is still waiting for the policy from the central Ministry of Religion first, whether there is an extension policy or not, because around thousands of Hajj pilgrims throughout Central Java have not paid off the Hajj costs.
"Because if we look at the current data for Central Java, many people have not yet paid off the first stage of the Hajj, so there is a possibility that there will be an extension," he said.
He explained that this year's hajj payment is different, because prospective pilgrims must first be declared istithaah before payment.
Previously, istithaah was carried out after paying the fees.

"Being declared healthy and able to perform the Hajj pilgrimage first, then you can make the payment in full, it's already by system ," he said.
