In fact, as a result of the fatal accident, 13 workers were thrown from a height of 12 meters.

So far, 5 workers have died, and 8 others survived after undergoing medical treatment.

The fatal accident occurred on February 8, 2025.

"PKU until now has not (had any suspects)," said Blora Police Chief, AKBP Wawan Andi Susanto when met by journalists at Blora Police Headquarters, Monday (10/3/2025).

There are at least a number of considerations that underlie the police's reluctance to rush into determining suspect status in this incident.

Wawan explained that his party still needed to examine other witnesses to investigate the case further.

We are also still waiting for the witness in Surabaya, (whose role is) the crane machine seller," he said.

In addition, his staff are still waiting for the results of the Central Java Regional Police forensic laboratory (labfor) which brought a number of pieces of evidence such as a crane lift machine for investigation.

We have not yet received the results from the Forensic Laboratory," he added.
