INFOKU, BLORA -In January, the first phase of the Education Unit Operational Cost Fund ( BOSP ) disbursement this year was IDR 105.1 billion.
PAUD , SD and SMP levels are fully relying on transfer funds from the center.
This is because there is no accompanying BOS policy from the local government.
Secretary of the Blora Regency Education Office, Nuril Huda, revealed that state and private schools that have registered will receive BOSP.
For this year, the value is IDR 105.1 billion, the first phase will be disbursed this month.

"First semester disbursement is 50 percent, second semester 50 percent," he explained.
Nuril hopes that the assistance from the central government can be utilized well for operations and to support learning.
Apart from that, there is also no extortion carried out on guardians of students .
"Hopefully there will be no extortion, because there has been a lot of assistance from the government," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of MKKS SMP Abdul Rozaq explained that the funds were obtained when the school made payments via the ARKAS application .
Each student is estimated to receive around Rp. 1 million or more.
"For schools, everything has been filled in, the information will be disbursed in January," he said.
Rozaq said that BOSP is still the only fund for school operations for junior high schools in Blora.

According to him, the district government could implement the BOS Pendamping or BOSDA policy . Of course, this requires a policy by looking at the budget owned by the region.
"In 2015 there was a Bosda policy, depending on the budget owned by the region," he said. (Endah/ IST )
