INFOKU -The Public Service Mall (MPP) of Blora Regency has been integrated with a digital system, this was marked by the launch of the Digital MPP by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform at the Excellent Service Celebration event in Jakarta, Tuesday (08/10/2024).
The Blora Regency MPP is one of 139 Digital MPPs launched directly by the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas.
"The target of this Digital MPP is to have an impact, so the Digital MPP is a virtual form of service integration," said Minister Anas.
It was conveyed that the Ministry of PANRB also continues to encourage digitalization of services through MPP Digital.
Thus, MPP Digital can be accessed in 199 districts/cities. This decision was stipulated through the Decree of the Minister of PANRB No. 457/2024 concerning the Organizer of the National Digital Public Service Mall.
Abdullah Azwar Anas said that MPP has an impact on ease of doing business, starting from accelerating the licensing process, improving service quality, reducing costs and time, increasing efficiency and transparency, to increasing business competitiveness.
On that occasion, the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform also conducted a soft launch of 22 MPPs and subsequently, 20 Public Service Innovation Network Hubs (JIPP) were established.
Meanwhile, the Blora Regency Government was present in person by the Acting Regent of Blora, Tri Yuli Setyowati, together with the Regional Secretary of Blora Regency, Komang Gede Irawadi and the Head of the Blora DPMPTSP, Bondan Arsiyanti.
On that occasion, the Acting Regent of Blora revealed that the Blora Regency Government is ready to follow up on the direction of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform.
"Today, the Minister of PAN RB has just launched the MPP Digital, of course I hope that with this MPP Digital it can make it easier for the public to access services," he explained.
He also requested that DPMPTSP continue to innovate and provide the best service to the community.
"I also ask and encourage MPP to continue to innovate, continue to improve performance and services, which in essence the Blora community can be served well," he concluded. (Setyorini)
