Why MPP is Lack of Visitors, Here's the Reason

INFOKU, BLORA - Based on field observations, the Blora Regency Public Service Mall ( MPP ) has recently been devoid of visitors. 

Apart from that, many of the counters were not filled with staff, because the Blora Investment and One Stop Integrated Services ( DPMPTSP ) Service implemented an online system permit processing service  

Even though there are 31 service counters available, only four counters are filled with visitors.

Head of the Blora DPMPTSP Service, Bondan Arsyianti, through the Head of the Dwi Services Subdivision, said that the MPP visitors were quiet because they had switched to online use, namely through the online service information system (SIMPOL).

"Overall, applicants only submit applications via  cellphone , then the applicant takes the files to the service canteen," he said.

He continued, when the letter was taken to the service office, the  licensing decree  was sent via  WhatsApp .

"We often carry out outreach or provide services in remote villages. so that people can take care of everything  online ," he said.

However, even though it has been done  online , there are still government agencies that are never present and come to fill the service counter.

There are guards at banking service counters every day, but in government agencies there is a certain schedule that requires them to be present or not.

“We are a little overwhelmed if the ticket window guard is not present. "Because you have to memorize 1,037 permits at all counters," he said.  Endah/ IST )
