INFOKU,BLORA -The Regent of Blora, H Arief Rohman submitted a proposal requesting support for the construction of a stadium in Blora Regency to the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora). The proposal was received by the Deputy for Sports Achievement Improvement of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Surono at the Ministry of Youth and Sports Office, Tuesday 2 April 2024.
The Regent hopes that the Ministry of Youth and Sports can provide a letter of recommendation to support the construction of the stadium to the PUPR Ministry.
"We have coordinated with the Director General of Human Settlements. God willing, the PUPR Ministry will try to help, but we need a development recommendation letter from the Ministry of Youth and Sports issued by the Minister of Youth and Sports," he said.
It was stated that Blora Regency was exploring great potential in the world of football. However, budget limitations are the main obstacle in developing sports facilities.
"There is a need for adequate stadium facilities for training to hone potential local talent," he said.

Regent Arief hopes that the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the PUPR Ministry will help build the stadium because the district government's budget is very limited, while the football potential is extraordinary.
"To build standard stadium facilities for training requires support from the Ministry," said Arief Rohman, Wednesday 3 April 2024.
Arief said support from the central government would be an important milestone in raising the potential of local football and bringing Blora Regency to a higher level in the world of sports.
"We hope that in the future this stadium will be the birthplace of professional football players like Pratama Arhan who is also a native of Blora," said the regent.

Regarding the proposal submission, the Deputy for Sports Achievement Improvement at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Surono, stated that he would immediately follow up on the proposal from Blora Regency to the Minister of Youth and Sports.
