INFOKU, BLORA - Talud landslides resulted in the road connecting Gadon- Ngloram Village in Cepu District being cut off .
Road access is temporarily closed until an undetermined time.
Apart from that, two residents' houses are threatened by subsequent landslides, because the banks of Bengawan Solo continue to erode.
This incident increases the potential for landslides after the floods hit.
The Rapid Reaction Team ( TRC ) of the Regional Disaster Management Agency ( BPBD ) Blora Agung Tri explained that landslides occurred again after in Panolan Village.
Then, it increased in Gadon Village, Cepu District yesterday (13/3).
As a result, access to the district's road connecting Gadon-Ngloram Village was cut off.
"The condition of the district road access is cut off for 70 meters and cannot be passed by vehicles," he said.

Agung explained that the landslide occurred because the river bed was eroded by the current of the Bengawan Solo river.
River discharge is high on March 9-10. Then, the discharge dropped drastically and eroded the river bank. The landslide is 70 meters long, 6 meters wide and 10 meters high.
"Apart from cutting off access to village roads, it also threatens residents' settlements," he explained.
Two residents' houses that have the potential for further landslides are those belonging to Sukiran and Supi. Because it is only two meters from the lip of the Bengawan Solo river landslide.
Currently, his party is still coordinating with the Bengawan Solo River Basin Center (BBWS).
"For further handling, we are still coordinating with related parties," he explained.
Based on journalists ' observations , the landslide area in 2022 will have a dam or wall made of concrete or river stone built to retain the soil.
However, because it was not strong enough to withstand the scouring water, a landslide occurred.

Cepu Subdistrict Head Ekawati admitted that he had inspected the location of the landslide, together with the relevant OPD .
