INFOKU, BLORA – No less than 92 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) will stimulate the economy in Blora Square during Ramadan.
The bazaar strategy in busy centers is claimed to be effective in increasing traders' income and inviting public interest in hunting for takjil.
Head of the Trade Division (Kabid) of the Department of Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Dindagkop UKM) Blora Siti Mas'amah explained to the press that the economy in the region continues to be stimulated.
This year's Ramadan is no exception, as many as 92 MSMEs will enliven the bazaar.
"This year, we are providing 46 Ramadan bazaar stands for MSMEs. "Each stand is filled with two traders," he said yesterday (11/3).
Mas'amah claims that the bazaar agenda, which has been running for three years, has been able to stimulate the community's economy.
Every year, traders experience an increase in income, as does the number of traders who take part in it.
"We will also calculate the amount of money turnover at this year's bazaar. "Our goal is for the economy to grow," he said.
He explained that the bazaar, which was located north of the square and right in front of the Blora Regency Government Pendapa, was able to attract public interest. Especially in the afternoon, residents flock to find takjil and break fast together in the square.

Such as clothing, crafts and entertainment stages which will later be filled by students.
"So, during Ramadan there will be performances from each school with a rotating scheme every day," he explained.
