INFOKU. BLORA – In this year's selection of Government Employees with Work Agreements ( PPPK) , there were 295 unfilled positions .
This condition is because there are no takers and they don't pass the passing grade . Meanwhile, 1,738 qualified participants started filling in the PPPK curriculum vitae number (DRH NI).
Head of the Procurement, Dismissal and Personnel Information Division of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Achmad Toha explained that in the 2023 PPPK selection there were still empty formations. In detail, 145 teacher formations, 60 health worker formations, and 90 technical staff formations.
"The formations are empty because there are no applicants or there are applicants but they don't meet the threshold score ( passing grade )," he said.
Toha explained, this year the Blora Regency Government (Pemkab) opened 2,033 PPPK formations with 1,033 for teachers, 543 formations for health workers, and 457 formations for technical personnel. There were 1,738 participants who passed the selection.
He explained that from the formation of teachers who passed the selection, there were 25 people from P-1, 4 from THK II, 478 from non-ASN, and 381 general participants.
Meanwhile, the formation of health workers consists of 5 THK II people, 76 general participants, and 402 non-ASN members.
Then, the formation of technical staff was 278 non-ASN, 38 general participants, and THK II was filled with 51 people.
"For those who pass PPPK in three formations this year, they will immediately take care of DRH NI," he said.
He continued, the DRH NI PPPK processing process starts from December 16 to January 14 2024.
Then, the files that have been completed by each participant will be proposed to the central government.
It is estimated that the appointment of PPPK candidates will be in early March. He hopes that participants who are declared to have passed will immediately prepare themselves and make a contribution to the region.
