Budget Document Preparation at SKPD, Requested by Blora DPRD for Infrastructure

INFOKU, BLORA –  The Blora Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) has asked the Blora Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) to eliminate the activity program oriented towards document creation in Regional Work Units (SKPD) .

Furthermore, the budget ceiling from these activities can be collected for infrastructure development.

This was conveyed by the Representative of the Democratic and Hanura Party Fractions  of the Blora DPRD , Iwan Krismiyanto, in his General View of the Democratic and Hanura Party Fractions regarding the Draft Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Blora Regency for Fiscal Year 2024, recently.

According to the Democratic and Hanura Party Fractions, this was done during a Budget Meeting between the DPRD Banggar and the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD).

The reason is that there is no  mandatory spending  in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 15 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Preparing the 2024 APBD for preparing documents.

"From the ceiling collected, we propose infrastructure development and through the aspirations of the residents we represent, we propose development," he stressed.

Iwan said that the proposed construction starts with the Mbacek Bridge amounting to IDR 1 billion, the construction of the Kadengan-Tangel Road amounting to IDR 3 billion, the construction of environmental roads in both sub-districts and villages amounting to IDR 4 billion, and the construction of the Bogem-Sumberejo Japah Road amounting to IDR 2 billion.

Previously, the Hanura Democratic Faction also required that Regional Original Income (PAD) in 2023 reach IDR 400 billion and in 2024 it would reach IDR 500 billion.

This, said Iwan, aims to make Blora Regency an independent region in the future. Does not depend on the General Allocation Fund (DAU).

"Apart from that, this is an accountability to the communities represented in an effort to improve the performance of regional government," he added. Endah / IST )
