INFOKU, BLORA - Towards the end of 2023, the Blora Police, Central Java Regional Police held a press conference led by the Head of the Blora Police, AKBP Jaka Wahyudi, Saturday, (30/12/2023) at the Arya Guna Hall of the Blora Police.
Present at the activity were Deputy Chief of Police Commissioner Riwayat Sosiyanto, Head of Human Resources Police Commissioner Slamet Riyanto, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Selamet, Head of Propam Section AKP Sunarto, Head of Public Relations Inspector Sugiman and Head of Police Department AKP Puryono.
In the release, the Blora Police Chief revealed the cases that had been handled by the Criminal Investigation Unit and its staff.
"So today we will carry out an annual release and at the same time we will release information about prominent cases that have been uncovered by the Blora Police Criminal Investigation Unit and the Sector Police," said the Blora Police Chief.
"So in total, the Blora Police in one year (2023) generally handled a total of 53 criminal cases. Of these 53 cases there were around 102 suspects and the total loss was more than IDR 2.6 billion," said the Blora Police Chief.

The Police Chief further added that the details of the cases handled consisted of 5 general crimes. Then 2 cases of abuse, 1 murder, 11 cheating, 5 embezzlement, 5 fraud, 2 cases of corruption and 1 case of tippers. Then there were 11 cases of sexual abuse and 4 child molestations in PPA, a total of around 53 cases.
Apart from the year-end release, on this occasion the Police Chief also released a statement on the prominent cases of the Blora Police, including the disclosure of the crime case.

Then, revealed the Corruption Crime Case in the APBDes of Nglebur Village, Jiken Blora District. Uncover the criminal case of extortion for buying and selling Wulung shopping kiosks, Randublatung district.

In revealing the criminal case of embezzlement in office, the Blora Police Chief said that the time of the incident was Saturday, November 5 2023, with the crime scene at the CV Surya Perkasa Telekomunikasi office on Jalan Gunandar No 12 A, Kedungjenar Village, Blora District, Blora Regency.
The suspect is AS, (29) a private employee, a resident of Mlangsen Village, Blora subdistrict. The embezzled items include money from the sale of non-stop unlimited data vouchers of 30 K, 30 Giga, as many as 5,000 pieces with a value of IDR 168,750,000.
Next, the money from the sale of 750 K unlimited lite 60 data vouchers was worth IDR 43,818,750.
The money from the sale of 250 maxi 82 K unlimited data vouchers was worth IDR 19,475.00. The company suffered a total loss of Rp. 250,467,423.

"As for the modus operandi, the reported person committed this criminal act by making a fictitious note as if an outlet had asked for a voucher, but in fact the outlet never asked for a voucher," said Blora Police Chief.
"The suspect was charged under Article 374 of the Criminal Code with the threat of a sentence of 5 years in prison," said the Blora Police Chief. (Setyorini/ IST )
