INFOKU, BLORA – From January to August 2026, the Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari) successfully recovered and saved more than IDR 2.5 billion in state finances.
This value comes from handling special criminal cases (Pidsus) as well as civil and state administration cases (Datun).
Head of Intelligence at the Blora District Attorney's Office, Hendi Budi Fidrianto, detailed to the press that the state financial return amounted to Rp. 625,457,450 in the Special Crimes sector was from handling corruption cases (tipikor).
"This figure is an indicator that law enforcement against corruption is not only aimed at uncovering and processing cases, but also at ensuring that the losses incurred are returned to the state," he said.
In addition to the recovery of state finances through the Pidsus sector, the Blora District Attorney's Office also recorded achievements in the recovery and rescue of state finances through the Datun sector.
As of August 2026, the sector has successfully recorded state financial rescue and recovery of Rp 1,893,105,924.
Meanwhile, the Special Crimes Division continues to improve its case handling performance. Throughout this year, several cases have entered the investigation and prosecution stages, and are still being handled in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
"A law enforcement approach that prioritizes justice is also implemented through the General Crimes (Pidum) division. Two cases were successfully resolved through restorative justice," he added.
This settlement is part of an effort to present a law that not only provides certainty, but also takes into account a sense of justice and benefit for the parties.
Another achievement came in the area of evidence and confiscated goods. Through auctions and sales of confiscated goods, the Blora District Attorney's Office obtained Rp 315,265,630 in Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). All of this revenue has been deposited into the state treasury.
"On the other hand, the Intelligence and Strategic Development Security (PPS) division also plays a role in overseeing regional development. Ten strategic regional projects were successfully secured through the strategic development security function, as part of efforts to ensure that project implementation is carried out in accordance with legal provisions," he concluded.
