Alleged maladministration of BPN Blora was reported to the Ombudsman

INFOKU, BLORA –  Finally, the victim of the land mafia case in Blora, Sri Budiyono, also reported the Blora National Land Agency (BPN) to the Indonesian Ombudsman. 

The report was based on allegations of maladministration in the process of transferring the ownership rights certificate (SHM) which was changed to be in the name of Blora DPRD member Abdullah Aminudin.

According to him, in the process of changing the certificate there were allegations of criminal acts of fraud, forgery of letters, embezzlement, allegations of breaking the law, and allegations of maladministration committed by BPN Blora.

The incident started in 2020. At that time, his wife borrowed Rp. 100 million from Abdulah Aminuddin with SHM as collateral.

It is known that for this loan, Sri Budiyono, who was in prison at that time, was visited by Abdullah Aminuddin.

Asked to sign a blank form, then it turned out to be claimed as a sale and purchase deed. and used as the basis for changing the name of SHM.

Even though at that time the agreement was about debts and receivables, not buying and selling land.

The change in the name of the certificate was discovered when the party wanted to pay off the debt.

However, Abdulah Aminuddin refused to pay off. Except, if Sri Budiyono wants to pay IDR 350 million, Sri Budiyono refuses.

The case was brought to the Blora District Court (PN) by Abdullah Aminudin as the plaintiff.

At the first level, Abdullah Aminuddin won the civil case. So, Sri Budiyono as the defendant did not accept this, then filed an appeal at the Semarang High Court (PT).

“Finally, PT Semarang granted the appeal. "Appeal Case Number 397/PDT/2023/PT.SMG dated 18 October 2023, which rejects the First Level Decision Number 8/Pdt.G/2023/PN," he explained.

Apart from that, he continued, based on the facts of the trial and the judge's considerations, it was reasonable to suspect that there had been maladministration and carelessness at BPN Blora in the process of transferring SHM Number 1657. Thus, the process was not in accordance with the provisions. (Endah / IST )
