INFOKU, BLORA – Claiming the amount according to needs, the Blora regency government has proposed a quota for recruiting government employees with work agreements (PPPK) of 2,101 formations.
In fact, the quota stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) is more, namely 2,188 formations.
Head of the Blora Personnel Agency (BKD) Regional Employment Empowerment and Information Procurement (Kabid) Achmad Toha said the proposed PPPK quota this year was less than the quota given by the ministry, namely 2,101 formations.
Includes 1,033 teacher formations, 550 health worker formations, and 518 technical staff.
"Although it is different from the quota given, we are sure that the proposal will be accommodated by the central government," he explained to reporters yesterday.
Based on PMK regarding regional performance level indicators and general provisions for the share of general allocation funds, a total of 2,188 PPPK formations for Blora this year were determined.
PMK also allocated 2,063 functional positions for teachers and 125 formations for health workers. There is no allocation for technical personnel.
He reasoned that he proposed this year's recruitment because many technical personnel were needed.
“Positions for technical personnel are needed. After several years of a moratorium on hiring ASN employees, currently many OPDs lack executive staff," he said.

Even though he had proposed the formation, his party admitted that they still could not confirm that the test or assessment scheme would be applied to the PPPK selection. It is still waiting for technical instructions from the central ministry.
"Whether there will still be a CAT (computer assisted test) test, can we use the results of the CAT test in the previous period, or will we use a new scheme that is different from before," he added. (Endah/ IST )
