- The determination of the threshold or passing grade for government employees with work agreements (PPPK) set by the central State Personnel Agency (BKN) is still too high for Blora Regency applicants.
It was noted that the total number of technical PPPK selections was 894 participants. Only, 172 people passed the threshold. Only 116 formations filled out of 401 required formations.
The Blora Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) proposes three categories of graduation for PPPK candidates to ease this burden.
Head of Procurement, Termination and Personnel Information of the BKD Achmad Toha said that he had proposed three categories of graduation requirements for PPPK candidates to the central Ministry of Administrative Reform (Kemenpan) and Bureaucratic Reform (RB).
This is because many participants did not qualify because the passing grade was too high.
Three proposals include an assessment referring to the value of the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative Reform (Permenpan), then proposing honorary workers aged 35 years or have served for a long time to be given affirmation to get additional points.
And, the last suggestion is not to use a passing grade for technical PPPK if there is a vacancy in formation.
It is known, the proposal is still being negotiated by the center. He hopes that the proposal can be accommodated to help fill the need for formations that are still vacant.

“It seems difficult to realize, but we still hope. There have been chats but no official letter yet. If later it is not accommodated, the impact will be many empty formations according to the filled formations, namely only 116," he said. ( Endah / IST )
